Can I keep my exisitng number?
It is possible to keep your existing number from your current prepay or contract phone when purchasing a new mobile package from US depending on which network you wish to transfer to.
Currently you can keep your existing number when transferring to T-mobile, Orange, Three and BT Mobile, but not Vodafone or O2.

To keep your existing number you will need to go through the following steps:

1) Place your order with US

2) Contact your existing network or service provider to request your PAC (Porting Authorisation Code)

When you receive your new deal-mobile-phones package and it has been connected it will operate with a temporary number.

3) Contact your new network or service provider on the number below and quote your temporary number, your existing number that you want to keep and the PAC.

Your existing number will then be transferred approximately 7-10 days later.

Once we have supplied your phone and arranged for you to be connected, we are unable to see any detail of your bill whatsoever. That is confidential between you and your Billing Company.
